From your first call to your first login — usually inside a week
Tell us your address
Speed and price availability changes block by block. We check which carriers actually serve your exact address, not just your city.
Compare real options
We lay out every qualifying plan side by side — the promo rate, the rate after promo, the equipment fee and the contract terms. No hidden asterisks.
Place your order
Once you pick, we handle the paperwork with the carrier and lock in any promotions you qualify for. It takes about ten minutes.
Get connected
Choose a self-install kit or a technician visit. Most addresses are live within two to five business days.
We make money when you stay happy — not when you overpay
As an independent retailer we're not tied to one carrier's sales quota. If a competitor's plan is the better fit for your address, that's the one we'll tell you about.
No cost to use us
Our service is free to you. We're compensated by the carriers when an order is placed, so you get comparison shopping without a consulting fee.
Honest about the fine print
We tell you the post-promo rate up front, what the equipment rental costs and whether there's an early termination fee — before you sign.
People, not phone trees
Call during business hours and a agent picks up. Same person can help with the order, the install date and the first bill.
Every option on the table
Fiber, cable, 5G home, fixed wireless and satellite — we quote all of them so rural addresses get real answers too.
Fast turnarounds
Most orders are placed the same day you call, with installation slots typically available inside the same week.
Help after the sale
Moving, upgrading a speed tier or adding a line later? Call the same number. We don't disappear once the order clears.
How much Internet speed does your home actually need?
Most households are quietly paying for a tier well above what they use — or fighting over bandwidth on a tier that's too small. Here's the honest guidance we give on the phone.
- 25–100 Mbps — light useOne or two people browsing, email, social media, music and HD video on a single screen.
- 200–500 Mbps — the sweet spotA family streaming 4K on two or three TVs while somebody's on a video call and a console is downloading.
- 1 Gig — heavy householdSix or more people, smart home gear, cloud backups, frequent large uploads and competitive gaming.
- 2 Gig+ — specialistHome servers, 8K editing workflows or running a business from the house on symmetrical fiber.
What 500 Mbps handles at once
Still roughly 69% headroom — which is why 500 Mbps suits most families better than a gig they'll never touch.
Not every home gets the same technology
The wire (or signal) reaching your property decides what's possible. Here's what each option realistically delivers.
Fiber Optic
The gold standard. Symmetrical upload and download, very low latency and speeds to 5 Gbps. Limited to addresses where fiber has been built out.
Cable
The most widely available high-speed option. Fast downloads up to about 1–2 Gbps with slower uploads, delivered over the existing coax line.
5G Home Internet
A wireless gateway that connects to a mobile network. Simple self-setup, no line to your house, typically 100–500 Mbps where signal is strong.
Fixed Wireless
A small antenna aimed at a nearby tower. A practical fit for semi-rural addresses that cable and fiber never reached.
Satellite
Available essentially anywhere with a clear view of the sky. Newer low-earth-orbit services have cut latency dramatically versus older satellite.
DSL
Runs over copper phone lines. Slower and being retired in many markets, but still a functioning backstop in some rural areas.
Two services, one bill, one number to call
Bundling isn't just a discount — it's one account, one due date, and one support line when something goes wrong.
Internet + TV
The most common pairing. Typically saves $15–$25 a month versus buying the two separately, and your DVR and streaming app run on the same account.
Internet + Phone
Add mobile lines to your home Internet account. Several carriers discount the Internet, the mobile lines, or both when they sit on one bill.
Triple Play
All three services together. Usually the lowest effective per-service cost, and the simplest to manage — one bill, one login, one call.
Want to see the bundle math for your address?
We'll price each service alone and bundled, so you can see the actual difference before deciding.
Serving households in 48 states — including the hard-to-reach ones
Big metros have four or five options competing for the same street. Rural addresses often have two, and the comparison sites tend to give up on them entirely. Those are exactly the addresses we spend the most time on.
If cable and fiber genuinely don't reach you, we'll tell you that plainly and walk through 5G home internet, fixed wireless and satellite instead of pretending an option exists that doesn't.
Where we're busiest
Coverage depth varies by carrier and by street. A quick address check is the only way to know for certain.
What people say after the install truck leaves
“I'd been quoted three different prices by the same carrier in one week. Aruldass laid out what I'd actually pay in month 13, which nobody else bothered to mention. Went with the 500 Mbps plan and it's been exactly what they said.”
“We're twelve miles outside town and every website told us we had no options. The agent walked me through 5G home internet, we tested it, and it's been solid for eight months. Finally stopped tethering to my phone.”
“Bundled internet, TV and two mobile lines for my mother-in-law's place. One bill, and when the install got pushed a day they called me instead of me having to chase them. Small thing, but it's why I'd use them again.”
Answers before you pick up the phone
Does it cost anything to use Aruldass?
No. Our comparison and ordering service is completely free to you. We're an authorized retailer, which means the carrier compensates us when an order is placed through us. You pay the carrier's standard rate — using us doesn't add anything to your bill.
Are you the actual internet provider?
No, and we're upfront about that. We're an independent authorized retailer. The network, the service and the installation are all provided by the carrier you choose. What we do is comparison, ordering and being a human you can reach when you have a question.
Why is the price different from what I saw advertised?
Advertised national rates usually assume autopay, paperless billing, a specific promotional window and a particular market. Taxes, regulatory fees and equipment rental are typically added on top. We quote the all-in number for your specific address so there's no surprise in month one.
How fast can I actually get connected?
For self-install options, equipment often ships within one to two business days and you're online the day it arrives. For professional installation, most markets have appointments available within two to five business days, sometimes same week.
What happens when my promotional rate ends?
The account moves to the carrier's standard rate for that plan. We tell you that number before you order, and we'll note the date on your account. Many customers call us around that time to renegotiate or switch — that's a call we're happy to take.
Can you help if I'm moving?
Yes, and it's one of the more useful times to call. Service availability at your new address is often completely different from your current one, and transferring an existing plan isn't always cheaper than starting fresh. We check both.
Do I have to sign a contract?
It depends on the carrier and the promotion. Plenty of plans are month-to-month with no early termination fee; some of the deepest discounts do require a one or two year term. We'll tell you which is which before you commit.
What if I have a problem after installation?
For technical issues the carrier's support line is the fastest path, since they can see your line directly. But if you're getting nowhere, call us — we deal with these escalation channels every day and can often move things along.
Ready to find out what's actually available at your address?
It takes about five minutes on the phone and there's no obligation. Worst case, you find out you already have the best option — and that's worth knowing too.
